Shipping

Where?

We only ship in the Continental USA and are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Please note that order quantities may be limited per the discretion of Zazu USA.

When?

All products are shipped free via ground shipping, and is estimated to arrive between 4 and 8 days after the item has been dispatched. All orders are shipped within one business day of completing your order.

Cost?

All standard shipping is absolutely free, however, expedited shipping is available for $9.99, and will be shipped by 2-Day mail.

Returns

We are confident you will love your Zazu product. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it free of charge for a full credit within 14 Days of the delivery date. Zazu will provide you with a shipping return label and pay for return shipping.

All returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories included. Please note that gift-wrap charges are not refundable. All returns are refunded back to the original card used for purchase.

Warranty

If an electronic product is determined to be defective in workmanship or materials, Zazu USA will repair or replace (at our option) your product free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase. To claim your replacement, the product must be returned to us along with a copy of the original purchase, gift, or registry receipt.

If a plush product is determined to be defective in workmanship or materials, Zazu USA will repair or replace (at our option) your product free of charge for 6 months from the date of purchase. To claim your replacement, the product must be returned to us along with a copy of the original purchase, gift, or registry receipt.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or alteration.
