When going to bed, a child’s head can still be full of all the impressions of the day and prevent them from falling asleep. Breathing techniques can help to clear their mind, let go of all their thoughts and fall asleep more easily.
UNIQUE BREATHING TECHNIQUE
By listening to breathing sound and looking at the pulse light getting bigger and smaller, your little one will automatically follow the rhythm and drop off to sleep more easily.
SOUNDMACHINE
You can also listen to white-noise, African sunset sound or a loop of soothing lullabies.
SOOTHING RED NIGHTLIGHT
Children are often afraid of the dark and prefer to sleep in the light. Red light has been shown to be the best color for a night light while it does not interfere with melatonin production.
AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF
After your baby has fallen asleep, the light can turn off automatically after 20-40 minutes or stay on the entire night.
CRY SENSOR
If your child becomes restless again at night, the light and/or sound can switch on automatically.
